По Украине скорее всего заселяет всю территорию Карпат, Полесья и лесостепи.

3,5-4,0 мм. Усики: 6 : 5 : 36 : 12.
Клопы после зимовки появляются на кормовых растениях сразу после таяния снегов. Более обычны в затененных местах с порослью и молодыми деревьями ольхи. Больших деревьев, особенно хорошо прогреваемых солнцем обычно избегают. В затененных участках леса, преимущественно в низинах, клопы встречаются также на березах.
