In Galerie du Monde des Insectes they think it's Chlorochroa sp.
What do you think?

In Kharkov, only Chlorochroa pinicola present (rare, I saw only three). At this point there are no pines, spruce trees & etc. I think this is another.
I agree with their nymph Chlorochroa juniperina:

This is similar to the description.
Chlorochroa pinicola (nymph of course) should have a black antennas (at least at the end), in whole or in places black legs, body color and spots is also different from the description.
I do not agree with their Chlorochroa (? pinicola, or in France there are others).
